There was a tremendous turn-out on Chestnut Sunday and our stall was a great draw - especially Dorothy's cot blankets and the Hoopla which attracted it's first little customer before we had even set up ..... memo for next year, Hoopla Yes, Yes, Yes!

We got £90-00 on the Hoopla £26-00 in the bucket (rattled by Dorothy) and Dorothy's cot blankets made a remarkable £43-00 which she kindly donated to The Voluntary Care Group. Another memo for next year, Dorothy please get crochetting, the blankets were sold out within an hour!

We must thank Dermot at "The Adelaide", he is a great supporter of our charity and kindly donated 24 cans of Coca-cola for the Hoopla - Thankyou Dermot - also John and the team at the "Balloon Factory" for your continued support .... and balloons!

 We had many volunteer helpers on the day, thankyou to Mary, Jules, Eva, Julia, Hannah, Conor, Oliver, Jo, and of course Dorothy.
